Dear SVMARC Members,
If you haven't already, check out the newly revised club website. There's a new look and some new features.
1) Upcoming Events with links on the Home Page. This will give you quick reference to the most current upcoming events without having to refer to the club calendar.
2) The Monthly Meeting Minutes and the Members' Information are now password protected. Please email the webmaster to obtain the username and password if you are a SVMARC member.
3) There is a new Video page (select from the right hand column). For now this contains some period footage about the Model T and the San Francisco Earthquake and Fire that I think you will find interesting. More to come.
4) The Links page has been upgraded with a few relevant Model A links, but there will be a lot more added (Your suggestions of your favorite sites are always welcome).
5) Some of the pages contain information that needs to be updated. This will gradually be accomplished over time.
6) Coming soon: Current club news on the Home Page. My plan is to have the first thing visible on the Home Page a reporting of the most recent SVMARC news including photos and news articles.
In order to make this work, I will need contributions of photos from the membership. Please bring your cameras to events and submit your photos to me ASAP. These photos and any articles will be archived hopefully forever on the website.
7) I have developed a mass email system for the club and can easily send out an email "blast" to everyone in the club who has an email address. Any announcements, fliers, etc. can be forwarded to me to be sent out. Some may require Board of Directors approval beforehand.
